What is the cost of shipping?

We offer free shipping on all of our products!

Our prices may be a little higher than what you see elsewhere because we’ve built the cost of shipping into the price of each item. This allows us to offer free shipping with no surprises at checkout.

Rather than showing a lower price upfront and adding shipping fees later, we prefer to keep things simple and transparent. The price you see reflects not only the quality and care that goes into our products, but also the cost of getting your order to your door.

When will I get my order? 

Usually, it takes 3–7 days to fulfill an order. After fulfillment, your order is shipped out.

The shipping time depends on your location, but can be estimated at 3-4 business days.

Estimated shipping & fulfillment time for mugs is 5-9 business days.

Estimated shipping & fulfillment time for apparel is 4-30 business days.

Estimated shipping & fulfillment time for posters is 5-14 business days.

Return & Refund Policy

Because all of our products are custom-printed on demand (made especially for you when you place your order), we handle returns and refunds differently than traditional retail stores. Please read our policy below to understand how we handle returns, replacements, and refunds.

1. Damaged, Defective, or Misprinted Items

We want you to love your purchase! If your item arrives damaged, defective, or with a printing error, we will gladly arrange a free replacement or a full refund.

Timeframe: You must submit your claim within 30 days of receiving your package.

Requirements: To process your claim quickly, please email us at info@cadencestudio.net with:

1. Your order number.

2. A brief description of the issue.

3. High-quality photos of the damaged or misprinted item, showing the issue clearly.

Resolution: Once verified, we will submit a replacement order to our print providers at no

additional cost to you, or issue a full refund to your original payment method. Note: You do

not need to ship the defective item back to us.

2. Lost in Transit

If your package is lost in transit and tracking has stalled, we’ve got you covered.

Timeframe: Please report a lost package no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date.

Resolution: We will investigate the shipment with our carrier. If it is confirmed lost, we will send a replacement package to you completely free of charge.

3. Buyer’s Remorse & Changed Minds

Because each item is printed to order specifically for you, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds/exchanges for buyer's remorse or change of mind.

Before placing your order, please make sure to:

1. Double-check your shipping address.

2. Verify your design selection, product type, and color choice.

4. Sizing Issues (Wrong Size Ordered)

Because our products are made-to-order, we do not keep a physical inventory of items to do direct size exchanges.

No Free Exchanges for Sizing: We are unable to offer free returns or exchanges if you order the wrong size.

How to Avoid Sizing Issues: We highly recommend checking the Size Chart displayed on every product page before placing your order. Sizing can vary between different garment styles (e.g., fitted vs. unisex shirts).

Our Sizing Help: If you are unhappy with the fit, please reach out to us at info@cadencestudio.net. While we cannot offer a free exchange, we are happy to offer a [e.g., 30% or 50%] discount on a replacement order in a different size.

5. Incorrect Shipping Address or Unclaimed Packages

Wrong Address: If you provide an incorrect or incomplete shipping address at checkout, the package may be returned to our printing partner's facility. If this happens, you will be responsible for the cost of reshipping the item to your correct address once we receive it back.

Unclaimed Shipments: If a delivery is failed or unclaimed at your local post office or courier depot and is returned to the sender, you will be responsible for the reshipping costs.

Our apparel is produced by print-on-demand vendors.

Direct-to-Garment (DTG) Printing Disclaimers:

• White ink is not printed on white garments.

• Light ink elements on bright-colored garments may appear tinted due to the curing process and product dye. This is most evident in Red, Maroon, and other similarly-colored garments.

• Graphics with hard lines or symmetrical shapes may have slight variations due to the manual printing processes, and a minimal shrinkage per print location is possible due to different material compositions.

• Any minor discoloration of the product or stains around the printed image will disappear after the first wash.

• Some smaller youth/women products can have their inside labels positioned a bit lower than typical due to a printing process limitation.

Color Matching Disclaimer:

Our print-on-demand vendors use a Direct-to-Garment (DTG) printing process. This is designed to produce high-quality results, but it is important to understand that the colors in your design may appear differently on the final product than they do on your screen. Even with a calibrated monitor, various factors can influence how colors look when printed.

We cannot guarantee 100% color accuracy.

Factors affecting color appearance:

• Fabric type and garment color - The material and color of the garment can impact how the design’s colors appear. For example, the same color value may look slightly different when printed on 100% cotton compared to a fabric blend. Similarly, colors can vary when printed on light versus dark-colored garments.

• White under base application - To ensure vibrant colors on colored garments, a white under base layer beneath the print is applied. This under base can affect how colors appear, especially when comparing prints on garments with and without this layer. Keep in mind that even photos of printed products may not perfectly represent the actual colors. Referencing these photos is helpful, but it’s not a substitute for seeing products in-person.

• Color profiles and design settings - To get the best outcome for prints, we make sure that the color values in our designs are compatible with the color profiles the printers use.

Fabric smell:

If you just unpacked a shirt or hoodie and noticed a vinegar-like smell or a light off-white residue on the fabric, don’t worry. This is a normal part of the Direct-to-Garment (DTG) printing process. That scent comes from a fixation agent, also known as pretreatment. It's used to help the ink bond with the fabric so your design doesn't flake or fade. It is temporary and both the smell and the residue will disappear completely after the first wash. Many print-on-demand companies include a note about this on their packing slip in every DTG order, so there are no surprises.
